At The BABY HOTEL we give you the assurance that your child is taken care of while your needs are taken into consideration. The BABY HOTEL is a specialized facility for babies birth to three years. We take the worry out of child care by giving you a support structure that will not only allow you to spend quality time with your baby, but will offer you some quality time for yourself. The BABY HOTEL is a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week facility. Although the normal day care hours are between 07h00 and 18h00, there is no need to stress when you are stuck in a meeting at the end of the day, or you need to be at the airport at 06h00 in the morning. Our staff will be more than happy to accommodate you during these unavoidable circumstances.
DAYCARE The daycare makes up the biggest portion of our business, and is creche facility for children from birth to three years. The hours are from 07h00 - 18h00 weekdays. We are open throughout the year, with the exception of certain public holidays. The facility is closed for business from around the 15th of December for two weeks each year.
TIME-OUT This facility offers full time moms the opportunity to do some shopping, get to the gym, or have her hair done, without having to enroll her baby into a daycare facility full time. This facility is also restricted to the age's from birth to three years.
HOURS Monday to Friday07h00 - 18h00 AFTER HOURS We strive to offer this service to parents without a reliable support systems. This enables parents to have some time for themselves, be it a night out, to participate in sport, or just some quiet time for the two of them. This facility is for children of all ages, which enables us to care for the siblings as well. It is once again not only for permanently enrolled children, and can be used by anyone in the community.
HOURS Weekdays after 18h00 and Weekends OVER NIGHT It is a reality of our times that both parents work, and we find more and more women in high profile positions, who are often required to do a fair amount of traveling. The Over-night facility offers these parents the opportunity to travel, with the peace of mind knowing that their children are in a safe and loving environment and in the hands of competent staff. This facility is available 7 days a week.
All our staff are First Aid certified. They also attend annual refresher courses.
